• Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card number.
• Communication records: messages sent between you, the dumpster vendor, and the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process bookings and connect you with local dumpster rental vendors.
• To send booking confirmations, delivery and pickup updates, and related notifications.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our marketplace.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:

• With the dumpster vendor fulfilling your order — we share your name, contact information, delivery address, and booking details so they can deliver and service your dumpster.
• With our SMS provider — if you opt in to SMS notifications, your mobile phone number is shared with our SMS delivery provider to send you booking-related messages.
• With payment processors — payment data is handled by Stripe to securely process your transactions.
• As required by law — we may disclose information in response to legal requests or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. SMS Messaging

We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial records.
