By using GrabADumpster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About GrabADumpster

GrabADumpster is a marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses with local waste management professionals for transparent, on-demand dumpster rentals. We are not a dumpster rental company ourselves — bookings are fulfilled by independent vendors in our marketplace.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • Quotes are generated based on vendor pricing, delivery area, and rental duration. The final price is confirmed at checkout.
  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card (includes a 3% processing fee) or cash on delivery, depending on vendor availability.
  • Rental periods include a set number of days; extra days may incur additional fees as shown at checkout.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to vendor policies and the booking status at the time of cancellation.

4. SMS Program Terms

Program name: GrabADumpster Booking Notifications

What we send: Booking confirmations, delivery and pickup updates, and messages from the dumpster vendor about the customer's order.

How consent is given: Customers opt in by checking an unchecked consent box next to their phone number when creating an account or completing a booking on grabadumpster.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies by order. Typically 2–6 messages per booking.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
  • Ensure the delivery site is accessible and safe for dumpster placement.
  • Do not overload the dumpster beyond its weight capacity or place prohibited materials in it.
  • Be present or available for delivery and pickup as arranged with the vendor.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors in our marketplace are independent businesses responsible for fulfilling bookings, maintaining equipment, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. GrabADumpster is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrabADumpster is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between customers and vendors but are not responsible for the performance of any booking. Our liability is limited to the platform fees charged for the transaction.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GrabADumpster after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
